Bought Bed Bug Kit #1 and used it once about to go with my second round of use as manual describes. Have not seen one bed bug or bite since my first round. Glad I found these products!

So far so good!! I used this kit two weeks ago on my couch, love seat, and bed. I have not been bitten. Thankfully. The kit recommends repeating this process so I will just have to make sure they are gone for good. Make sure to order the pump you will need it. Make sure to follow the instructions as well. Be careful with the dust it is powerful and when it goes up in the air after applying it can be torture. Just be careful. Other than that I'm satisfied. Terminix was going to charge us 300 bucks so I got this kit for way cheaper. Actually you may need to order more stuff so I recommend getting a bigger package for 2 or more rooms.

First i would like to say that there was an issue with the delivery of my package at first. I contacted customer service and they contacted the post office in my zip code and told me exactly where my package was. I thought that was amazing customer service. Second this kit is amazing I recently moved into my apartment and found it had a small bed bug infestation. I found this site through internet search and it led me to this kit. I received my package and did the treatment that day. I need to add I also purchased a IGR to mix with the Fenvastar. Its been about 2 weeks and I am about to do a second treatment. So far I haven't seen anymore bedbugs or received anymore bites. I know its early but I am very happy with this kit. It also has saved me hundreds as an exterminator would have cost at least 300 and I only paid 72.00 for this kit and IGR. Thanks to this kit I am now getting a good nights sleep. I would definitely purchase this kit or anything else from this site. The customer service was excellent and this product really works.

i had bedbugs in two bedrooms of my house. threw away the old beds and redid the floor/repainted/ and redid/sealed the trim. even before my new furniture came in i started seeing one or four bedbugs on my new walls. I bought the kit and used as directed once my furniture came in. I haven't seen any new bugs. i made sure to use the liquid solution and the power on all furniture crooks and crannies and the trim and gaps in floors. looks good so far. the bottles looked small when they came but since the liquid is a concentrate and the dust uses the duster i still have plenty left for 2 to 4 future treatments on the two rooms. good thing i found this place before spending 600+ on services with little guaranty.

Dont waste money on any other products. Spent hundreds of dollars an alot of wasted time. Order this product delivery was very fast with one application following the instructions provided my problems were gone.

Well I just had to use this product once and have not seen a trace of bed bugs again I intend on keep using it to be sure there really gone very good product that's all i have to say just follow instructions

Had just a few bed bugs my husband brought home from a business trip. My brother-in-law recommend this stuff and I'm so glad he did. The professionals in the area wanted to charge a minimum of $75 just to give me an estimate! No thank you! Still have to do the last treatment but haven't seen any evidence or bites in almost a month.

I was told I needed the big kit because the size of the house. I bought kit #1 and no bites in over a week and a half. Y ou must use every product in the kit. I plan to get another Kit #1 and do it a can just to make sure the house is rid of all bugs. This stuff has been also killing other bugs. Almost wasted $2000.00 hiring a company to do what your products did for $59 Please follow direction prior to starting your kit Thank you "Domyown

The kit was easy to use. I live in an apartment and they has sprayed. however I still had bugs. I sprayed the vents and outlets and put down the powder. Used the Steri on the bed. Works well. I would recommend to anybody to get and use

I purchased this product to eliminate some remaining bed bugs. I had my home professionally exterminated. Problem solved! (not). My mother was still experiencing bites on her person after the fact. Unknowingly there were some remaining bed bugs underneath in the cloth corner's of her electronically controlled bed. This is a $1500.00 dollar bed, we could not just through it away. These products help to rid me of this reoccurring problem. I highly recommend these products. They were that effective. I wish I knew about these products before I spent hundreds of dollars for an exterminator.

i was surprised how complete my kit was.it contained enough to do a complete room and part of the rest of the house.i think it was really worth the money.A+ from me.this is why i came back from my last order & will be back again.

"Do My Own" for me started with doing my own research. After my wife travelled with friends to a cabin for a long equestrian weekend she discovered that she might have brought home some guests... So after reading and searching the internet we discovered DMO and ordered the BB Kit 1 and WOW! after a thorough cleaning of the bed room and a complete treatment using ALL of the products purchased from DMO we have not been bothered again! These folks were VERY helpful and friendly, I will visit them in the future.

After the first treatment following the directions I saw no more bugs. I spoke with customer service and they lead me step by step with tips on how to treat the infestation. Great Company and commercial grade product.

It took care of my problem with one treatment. It was very labor intensive and I was sure to be thorough. I have used the products on this website with nothing but success. One infestation of cockroaches was so extreme, a number of professionals couldn't combat it. I found this website and was done with roaches after two weeks and great ease. It's a comfort to have this website available for all my pest infestions. You also save a TON of money!

I first used your products for roaches in a rental... And I'm telling you, they were RAINING from the ceilings. I bought one of the roach kits, followed all directions and it eliminated every single one! I was bug free for YEARS thanks to your products, fast forward a couple years, I have a new home and we have found bed bugs!!!! They've been biting us for a couple weeks before we realized that it was actually bed bugs, I thought it was mosquitoes until my husband found the real culprit!! Horrifying experience, but I came back to my trusty pest control website and we're now free of bed bugs, and haven't had to get rid of a single piece of furniture!!! Thank you so much, and thank God for this website!!!(and the pests that keep these guys in business!!)

We had a bed bug infestation in tow bedrooms inside our home last summer. No idea how they got there but it was so upsetting we discovered it. We were quoted $1900 to treat two bedrooms. We found this website and ordered the kit instead. We followed all the directions completely. We used respirator masks also. It took us a few hours to finish the the entire treatment process because you have to wait for some of the treatments to dry before starting the next. Needless to say, it seemed to work immediately. We did do a follow up treatment like suggested, I think we did it a week later. Anyways, we didn't see a bed bug ever again. It's now a year later and I am so grateful we found this. Before we treated the rooms we removed EVERYTHING. That was a very time consuming process, but from everything I read it is important to do. We removed pictures off the wall, curtain rods (and we found bed bugs hiding in the picture frames and behind the curtain rod where we screwed it in. So I am glad that we took that step. Removing everything allowed us to spray EVERY crevice of the room. I only wanted to go through the process once, so I was diligent in following the right protocol. We washed and dried everything that was washable and then left it outside sitting in the summer heat for days because the bugs can't live past certain temperatures. We bagged our items inside the infested rooms and sealed them very tight then carried them outside if they couldn't be washed. We left them sitting in the shed in the heat for a few months actually. Washable items we bagged in the infested room, sealed tightly and then carried to the washing machine. I stuck the bag inside the washing machine and then ripped the bag off while it was in the machine so that no bugs could escape into the rest of the house. The hardest part of the process was definitely removing everything. We wound up throwing some things away because I just got so tired of washing/bagging things (we threw some items out the window then into the outdoor trash can so we didn't have to carry it through the house). I'm sure our neighbors thought we were crazy that week. This stuff works and will save you money. We knew another family member who had bed bugs and they payed orkin to treat it. Orkin had to come back multiple times because they didn't get them all. If you are diligent and do it yourself you will probably do a better job than a pest control company because you care more about your home than they do!
