Bermuda grass In my vinca major

I've got 2000 dollars worth of large leaf periwinkle starts along a 100 yard bank, the has been taken over by Bermuda grass. Is this guaranteed not to harm them? Also, is your product concentrated?

Hi-Yield Grass Killer Post-Emergent Herbicide should not cause injury to periwinkle if used correctly. It is a concentrate that needs to be mixed with water before being applied with a sprayer.
