Bifen IT has not been shown to be very effective at controlling Raspberry Crazy Ants. Termidor SC used outdoors and Phantom used indoors have been the most effective products to control crazy Raspberry Ants. Ant baits and synthetic pyrethroid insecticides do not seem to do an effective job controlling this ant species. Texas A&M University has done extensive research regarding these ants and you can find detailed articles on their extension website.
Bifen IT is not labeled for beneficial insects like butterflies. However, it is not really selective so it has the potential to kill them if they come in contact with a treated area. To avoid contacting beneficial insects, apply in the early morning or late evening when they are less active in the area.
Bifen IT can be applied monthly to the exterior areas and entry points monthly. We would also recommend using the Catchmaster Disposable Fly Trap (975-8) to control those pesky Hover Flies. Place it about 15 feet from your front door.
Yes, Bifen IT is labeled for roaches and will kill them. This product is not recommended if you have an active infestation of roaches. If you see an occasional roach, this can be used indoors and outdoors for control. The mixing ratio is 1 fl oz per gallon of water.

Bifen IT is not labeled for use in horse pastures or other animal grazing areas. You can use Essentria All Purpose for fire ant mound drenching.
