    Q
    Get rid of yellow jackets?
    A

Bifen IT will kill yellow jackets but only if they land on a surface you have treated.  Have you tried looking outside in the morning or early afternoon?  This is when yellow jackets are most active and chances are you can see where they are going into your home which usually would be under some siding or through a small opening in brick or around a window.  If you can locate their entry point then it is an easy fix.  Early in the morning or late at night when the yellow jackets are not flying around and not active, you can apply Tempo Dust into the opening using a hand duster.  If you can locate the entry point, then this treatment will usually kill all of the yellow jackets within 24 hours.  Once there is no more activity, you want to be sure to close the opening with caulk or some other method so future yellow jackets do not try to use the same entry point.
Please review our How To Get Rid of Yellow Jackets article.

    Q
Is this the best product to kill rat mites or is permethrin 10% better
We had rats die in the house now we have rat mites
    A
The easiest method to control rodent mites that have entered your home is to physically remove them with a vacuum cleaner or wipe them up with a moist cloth. Mites are not automatically killed by a vacuum cleaner so freeze the bag to prevent the mites from crawling back out. Locating the source and eliminating the hosts and nests is important to prevent further problems with these mites. Nests are usually located in attics, basements, or inside walls. If necessary, trap them with kill traps or glue boards. Spray the dead rat and its nest with a disinfectant. Removing the mite source (dead mice, rats, and abandoned nests) is very important. Unless you remove their source, rat mites will continue to seek human host infesting your house.

Onslaught is a great option that offers a long lasting residual. Please be sure to review the product label for more information and complete application instructions.

Can I use Biden inside my house? And where or how, I.e., floor baseboards, etc. ?
I have an infestation of small black bugs and not all but as far as I can tell they are flying. Mostly at night when I am in the bed. They are a nuisance and get in my hair. I use your product outside and it almost completely eradicates the mosquito and other unwanted bugs.

    Q
    Does Bifen IT kill bedbugs?
    A

Bifen IT is labeled to treat for bed bugs and should only be applied as a crack and crevice application. Since there is not one product alone to treat bed bugs in all the required areas, we recommend one of our Bed Bug Control Kits. Q
Does Bifen IT kill bed bugs?
    A

Bifen IT is only labeled for bed bugs inside of livestock housing. We would recommend using Temprid SC instead. It has two active ingredients in it that work together to combat bed bugs. Be sure to do treatments every 10-14 days until you do not see activity for 30 days.

Please check out our Bed Bug Guide for tips on how to treat and prevent bed bugs.

    Q
I have a baseball field to spray for fire ants. What rate do you use Bifen IT at and how much to cover approx. two acres?
    A

The best control will be achieved by using broadcast treatments in combination with mound drenches when using Bifen IT. This will control present colonies along with foraging workers and newly mated fly-in queens. It is critical either to use high volume treatments or to irrigate prior to application if the soil is dry. Apply 1 fl. oz. per 1,000 square feet when using broadcast treatments. For mound drenches, dilute 1 teaspoon of Bifen I/T per gallon of water and use 1 to 2 gallons of finished dilution using sufficient force to penetrate the top and allow dilution to flood ant channels. Treat a four foot diameter around each ant mound. Application should be made in late evening or early morning when it is cooler (65
