I wanted to a good overall insecticide for my property and after doing my research and reading other users reviews decided on the Bifen IT. I had seriously considered the Bifen XTS but opted for the IT this time. I have used IT and so far it is working as expected.

Great product

This product is wonderful I use it in the cemetery were I work for fire ants , I broadcast spray over all of the cemetery once every three months at 1/2 oz. per 1000 sq. ft. no ant problem works very good on army worms as well .

Best stuff, love it

My brother first sent me this product since we have lots of fleas and ticks in yard. Works great!!! Actually found out this is the same product our service company uses that we have come quarterly. So I've stopped their service and do it myself. I have cats and dogs and it's safe as long as you follow the directions. This product goes a long way.

Bifen IT and Fire Ants

With 2 acres of grass and a 'controlled' fire ant problem, I find 5-15 fire ant mounts each weekly cutting of grass and mark them via orange flag then later come back and spray their mounds with this wonderful product (1 oz per gallon). Forcing a quart or so into the holes of each mound eradicates then. My neighbors do not treat theirs so I get new queens landing on my land after each rain but glad this product exits.

I've been using this for about two years now mainly for spraying yards for ticks and fleas. My mom's house has so many tree's and had a few different types of ticks, but now we don't have an issue with the dogs getting any ticks or fleas but the occasional one. I've also stopped using our Servall company that came out quarterly to spray, since they use the same stuff. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats (all inside pets) doesn't hurt them at all once it's dry. Yet the animals won't go near the stuff as it smells to them until it's dry. Well worth the money, keeps all the bugs at bay.

Bifen IT

I have had wonderful success with this Mixed with Nyguard IGR to knock down the roach infestation I have had. I would recommend this product to anyone facing a roach problem. Thank you DoMyOwn for being there for me. I don't hardly see any bugs. One more month of this I should be rid of them all.

Purchased Bifen IT. On line ordering was very easy and price was right. Received in only two days. Great service! Followed instructions to the letter. It works. Within two weeks no more signs of Fire ants. Thanks DoMy Own.

It works!

I HATE box elder bugs and those little bugs that look like lady bugs but aren't real lady bugs. I also live in Iowa in the middle of farm country so there are millions of them in the fall at harvest time. Bifen IT is the best thing I've found to get rid of them. The front of my house faces south and used to be covered with them. Not anymore! Yes, there are a few but very few. I can walk across the front of my house without getting swarmed by bugs.

after watching numerous videos on you tube for fireants...this is the one you want.i mix 2 oz. per gallon of water and hit each ant hill for 10-15 bseconds full blast in the top to make a crater. went back next day and what a funeral.nothing was alive and I mean there were thousands of them coming out of the big mounds.i put a ring around each mound before letting it go on the mound itself.ants would not cross the ring and everything inside was killed. I gallon will last a long time but I plan on keeping it around just in case they want some revenge on me..lol.

So far so good!

I had been using Talstar P to do general pest control for the last 3 years. I was getting low on talstar and saw this was made of the same stuff and worked the same as talstar. I could get a quart of Bifen IT cheaper than talstar so I figured why not try it . I have not been using Bifen very long but it seems to keep all the critters at a hault. If it does not work as well as talstar I will revise this rating but I'm not expecting any problems. I save a bunch of money by doing my own pest control. It's not difficult as long as you mix it right you should have no problems .

BED BUGS

As we all know you can bring bed bugs home from any where these days and that's exactly what we did .... I had ordered from do my own before and was pleased with the results so I ordered the bifen it and now i'm happy to say no more bed bugs ..... The price was reasonable with no shipping charge and I pleased with this company .....

Works Perfect

Had a problem with little black bugs with a hard shell body. It was in my kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room. I sprayed Bifen all over, under sink along baseboard and inside and outside of the windows. Sprayed one time took care of my problem

Why Pay a Pro

Arrived in 3 days. One 2-gallon sprayer of mixture treated our whole house inside and out. A few weeks later and it's still very effective. This size should last me about 10-12 treatments, but I'll likely purchase a different product to rotate through and avoid immunity. I'd say I spent maybe $2, versus $70-90 for a professional, and I only had to work around my own schedule.

Not killing the chinch bugs really well

Bifen IT seemed to kill what was out, but not really well residually. However it seemed to move the fire ants out. Mosquitoes are better. Did not kill aphids at all on my crepe myrtles. Chinch bugs really are taking over my lawn and the pest guy used Talstar and I guess I should have bought that.

Every morning I would go to water my new plants at 5 am and get pestered, not only by mosquitoes but by some other little bugs that run right into your face on purpose (not sure what they're called). It would be difficult to do anything in the lawn there were so many bugs. I sprayed this at 9am on the evergreen shrubs and some logs from a tree that was cut down over a decade ago (rotting wood in shaded area). Today at 5am I got bit zero times. I saw maybe 3 mosquitoes but on the other side of the lawn (I haven't even sprayed the whole lawn yet). There were still some of the other bugs but greatly reduced their population to the point where it was tolerable (not that I'm going to stop spraying). I used the 1 oz/gal rate and applied with a pump sprayer. I plan to reduce the rate down for next month's application. For around 20 bucks you can't beat this. Start strong and reduce the concentration, you won't regret it.
