Is it safe to spray the lawn and surrounding plants with Bayer Advanced Complete Insect Killer For Soil & Turf Concentrate?
I have a few tomato plants in one area of my backyard.

Bio Advanced Complete Insect Killer For Soil & Turf Concentrate is only labeled to be used on lawns and around the foundation of the home, it is not labeled to be used on plants and would not be safe around edibles.  Applications should be kept at least 15 feet away from the tomato plants.

    Q
Can Bayer Advanced Complete Insect Killer For Soil & Turf Conc be mixed with a fungicide for disease control?
    A

We recommend following both product labels when mixing and application for the targeted pest/disease. We do not see any reason you couldn't use at the same time if you perform a jar/spot test using Bayer Advanced Complete Insect Killer For Soil & Turf Conc and your fungicide.

    Q
Will Bayer Advanced Complete Insect Killer For Soil & Turf Concentrate kill pine beetles?
    A

Bayer Advanced Complete Insect Killer For Soil & Turf  is not labeled for pine beetles. Unfortunately there is no easy solution when it comes to pine beetles. Infected trees should be cut down (before the newly hatched beetles fly out of the trees in the spring/summer) and the wood burned or chipped, while other still healthy trees should be sprayed annually to protect them. Because of the natural boring behavior of the beetle they are protected from topically applied insecticides and systemic insecticides (those injected into the tree or applied as a root drench) have proven ineffective for pine beetle infestations. Healthy trees can be protected before the beetles attack by topically spraying them with a product called Permethrin SFR. The tree should be sprayed from the ground to 15 ft up the trunk to prevent future infestations.
