Bonide Flea Beater for Pets is not labeled as safe for pregnant or nursing cats. We do not recommend to apply it.
If Bonide Flea Beater for Pets was applied correctly, it should be safe for your kitten. It is taken in consideration that kittens and cats lick their fur. Do not spray directly in the mouth.
One bottle Bonide Flea Beater for Pets will treat approx. 2 pets one time. With an application rate of .5oz per pound. Approximately 1 to 2 sprays (approximately 0.06 to 0.12 oz.) per lb. of the animal's body weight will be required. Dogs and cats with long or dense coats will require the higher rate.
Per the label, Bonide Flea Beater for Pets will kill ticks and fleas for as long as 30 days. It also provides up to 90 days of protection to dogs against fleas. You can reapply if needed after that time. Please see the label for complete application instructions.
Bonide Flea Beater for Pets is not for use on any other animal other than dogs, cats, puppies and kittens (at least 8 weeks old).
Bonide Flea Beater for Pets instructions per the label are as follows: Hold bottle in upright position, Ruffle the coat of animals with one gloved hand while applying spray to their back, sides, abdomen, legs, shoulders and neck. For head and eye area, spray on gloved hand and rub gently into their hair.
