Bonide Flea Beater for Pets is a ready to use formula which helps prevent and stop infestation of fleas and ticks for up to 4 weeks. It uses the active ingredient, Fipronil which effectively kills fleas and ticks including those that may transmit Lyme disease such as lone star ticks, brown dog ticks, American dog ticks, and deer ticks. It will kill ticks and fleas for as long as 30 days. It also provides up to 90 days of protection to dogs against fleas. It also features water-proof formulation which does not leave odor or oily residue to your pet. It is recommended for dogs, cats, puppies and kittens 8 weeks or older. Comes in a 16 oz ready-to-use bottle with a trigger sprayer.

Do not get this product in your dog's or cat's eyes or mouth. Apply spray until pet's hair is damp to thoroughly wet. Approximately 1 to 2 sprays (approximately 0.06 to 0.12 oz.) per lb. of the animal's body weight will be required. Dogs and cats with long or dense coats will require the higher rate.

If Bonide Flea Beater for Pets was applied correctly, it should be safe for your kitten. It is taken in consideration that kittens and cats lick their fur. Do not spray directly in the mouth.

One bottle Bonide Flea Beater for Pets will treat approx. 2 pets one time. With an application rate of .5oz per pound. Approximately 1 to 2 sprays (approximately 0.06 to 0.12 oz.) per lb. of the animal's body weight will be required. Dogs and cats with long or dense coats will require the higher rate.

Per the label, Bonide Flea Beater for Pets will kill ticks and fleas for as long as 30 days. It also provides up to 90 days of protection to dogs against fleas. You can reapply if needed after that time. Please see the label for complete application instructions.
