    The main active ingredient in Bonide Rose RX 3 in 1 Concentrate  is Clarified Hydrophobic Extract of Neem Oil 70%.  The inactive ingredients are proprietary information that the manufacturer will not share with anyone.

    What is the difference between Bonide Rose RX 3 in 1 Concentrate and Bonide Neem Oil Concentrate?
    I usually use Bonide Neem Oil Concentrate, which contains 70% neem oil to treat my oakleaf hydrangeas for brown leaf spot. I noticed that Bonide Rose RX 3 in 1 Concentrate also contains 70% neem oil. Will it work the same as Bonide Neem Oil Concentrate on my oakleaf hydrangeas?
