I sprayed this on the framing of the last house we built 10 years ago. We just had a termite inspection report done - no termite damage at all. Our realtor said it's very unusual to see that in any house in the area. I'm buying it again to spray on our current build. I'd much rather buy a $90 jar of this and a backpack sprayer once than have my house tented on a regular basis.

This was the 17th gallon I purchased. Several things. Make sure the Bora-Care is at room temperature - 65 F or warmer before mixing. Make sure your mixing water is warm. Don't store the mixed material in low temperatures as it will develop “flakes” and clog up the sprayer. We sprayed the inside and outside of a two story log “lodge”. It took about 20 hours. Treating for powder post beetles.

Followed the easy directions and it was a breeze. I did need to wipe off overspray on any plumbing pipes or hvac duct but it was no problem. I have a basement with superior walls and this was an easy inexpensive solution to termite treatment for my final inspection

It works very well but be aware that it is very viscous like maple syrup which makes it a little difficult to inject with a hypodermic needle, but it is still effective diluted.

Love Bora Care! Professional exterminators use this in South Florida area where termintes are so very prevelant. They use Bora Care in lieu of Tent Fumigation, and some in conjustion with tenting for prevention. I feel blessed to have learned about this excellent product to manage rental properties. It has KILLED and PREVENTED so much damage. Great source for Bora Car is Do My Own. Good price, excellent service.

Second time I used Bora Care to take care of dry wood termites. Just perform the tasks that an inspector said his company would do. Appears to have knocked them out.

I used this about a month ago on my expensive river table that had a huge infestation. More than a month since using it on my table I've seen NO new holes (previously I saw a new hole every 3 days at least). Very satisfied. Wish I could've used it sooner.

I used Bore-Care on my chase loung - inside my home. I did not have any problem with the fumes, I placed my (2) commercial fans in my livingroom and open my doors just in case. I painted the Bora-care on the chase, it is so thick I believed the paint brush would work much better, and it did.. I have not seen anymore power like substance on the floor under are around my chase loung, its been a couple of weeks now and so far so good.. Very please with the results. I only applied (1) application and it's done. Thank you DoMyOwn

I use this to treat my very large wood deck. After cleaning, I use a pump sprayer and treat (per the label). I treat it 2-3 times a year and the wood is in great shape! No termite damage... and my deck is 15+ years old!

I got a recommendation for this product, and while walls were exposed to install insulation, figured why not (time will tell, obviously). Clear instructions, easy to mix and spray. Item was shipped well and fast (couldn't find it on Amazon).

Someone on my street signed for my product and stole it. DMO sent me replacement items right away.. I only wish they used UPS over incompetent Fed Ex so items arrive to the right address..

I brought 2 gallons to pre-treat my new construction. Few place online that ships to California but DMO does so that's a good thing if you're in California. They ship fast as well. One gallon for the under-floor framing, sill plate, crawlspace and one a month later for the subfloor/wall. Hopefully it will last for a lifetime and protect the wood.

It seems like it may have killed the termites! I have not seen any new termite poops and it has been over 2 months.

I ordered this and the mold care. It arrived timely. So far it has killed the bugs but it also killed the grass around the wood that was sprayed prior to installing. A lot of squares on the grass :( But worth it if it keeps the bugs and mold away form under the house. Recommended by someone who sprays for a living.

Much easier to use than I originally thought. Measured the correct amount of very hot water into a bucket. Measured the correct amount of Bora-Care added it to the water. Used a drill with a paint mixer attachment to mix it all together. Poured into a sprayer and liberally applied. The sprayer allowed me to get the product into small tight spaces. No offensive odor. Please use the proper personal protection while using.

Living in coastal California, dry wood termites are a huge problem. All my construction projects include treatment with Boracare. Worth every penny of investment. Easy to use and low toxicity to boot.
