    Liquid gold

    I have used this product in the past on another new construction project. It mixes easy and I apply wth a simple pump sprayer. Shipping always fast.

    Good for mold, not much else

    Mixing rate is massively low for anything but topical treatment of anything but mold. If you're searching for termite/fugus protection buy the Bora-Care without mold protection and this allows you to mix at as low as 1:1 ratios for maximum protection. And given this is more expensive, I don't see the benefit here.

    bora care with mold care works!
