The Garden Tech Root Boost Root Hormone Powder has been discontinued but in reading the product label, you will slightly moisten the cut ends of the cuttings with water, then stir the cut ends in the Garden Tech Root Boost Root Hormone Powder (undiluted), tap the excess powder off the cut ends, plant the cuttings in a planting medium like potting soil and then mist regularly.
