Can Advion Roach Bait Gel and Gentrol Point Source be used to treat for a couple roaches that I've seen that have migrated from neighboring yards.

Answer:

If seeing current roach activity indoors, using a combination of residual insecticide like Temprid FX along with Advion Roach Bait Gel along with Gentrol Point Source is the most effective way to treat roach activity before it turns into an infestation. We recommend also treating the exterior perimeter foundaiton of the home with a residual insecticide as well as doing exclusion, cleaning out landscape beds, trimming bushes, shrubs, trees back off the side of the house,etc. For a successful program, check out our guide/videos here.
