Can Hi - Yield 2, 4 - D Selective Weed Killer be used to kill Tall Fescue in a bermuda and centipede lawn mix?

This just popped up over winter and it's everywhere!

Answer:

Hi - Yield 2, 4 - D Selective Weed Killer is not labeled for tall fescue therefore will not eliminate it from bermuda/centipede lawns.  Revolver is a post emergent herbicide that selectively removes cool-season grasses from warm-season grasses and safe for bemuda and centipede lawns. Image Kills Nutsedge would be another option for smaller lawns or an alternative that is not as expensive as Revolver.
