Hi-Yield Dormant Spray does include pecan trees on the product label for targeting Obscure Scale. According to the label, spray trees thoroughly with a mixture of 6 tablespoons (3 fl. oz.) in 1 gallon of water.  This product may be used on fruit trees / pecan trees only during the dormant season, which occurs prior to bud swell.  Applications may be repeated at intervals of 3 to 4 weeks during the dormant.
