No, Hi-Yield Garden & Farm Insect Control cannot be used on cats as this product may be toxic or potentially fatal if applied on or ingested by cats. Per the manufacturer's product label, “accidental application to cats and/or grooming a recently treated dog may result in tremors and/or uncoordinated muscle movements.
