Can Ironite Mineral Supplement 1-0-0 be used to green up my lawn faster after applying ammonium sulfate? Will these two work together or cause damage to the lawn?

Applied ammonium sulfate to my lawn 2 days ago and watered it in. Would this green up my lawn faster?

Answer:

You can apply Ironite Mineral Supplement 1-0-1 as an additional treatment. However, since the Ammonium Sulfate will also provide nitrogen and greening, we recommend waiting at least 1-2 weeks between those applications so that you can check the results from the Ammonium Sulfate first.
