The largest entry hole on the D - Sect Clear IPM Station is 1 1/2 inches wide by 1/4 inch high, so while its possible a small American roach could get in, it would not be recommended to use these or other stations for these larger sized roaches in general. Gel baits placed where you see activity is best. We also have an article here with more information.
