I have an aphid infestation on my bamboo plants. Is it safe to use Merit 75 WSP on my plants? Do I just spray the root zone and soil, or the entire plant? I have 20+ VERY large bamboo plants (30 ft tall). How much Merit 75 WSP do I need? Does it need to be reapplied? If so, how often?
Since Merit 75 WP does not list bamboo specifically on the label, we cannot give an exact rate for this plant, unfortunately. Our best recommendation would be using the ornamental plants rate, which is 1 x 1.6 oz packet per 300 gallons of water applied as a foliar spray. Since this is a systemic product, it is typically only used once or twice a year.
