Can I mix Q4 with Celsius?

I need to kill groundsel (Q4 is effective) and lepidium (Celsius is effective). Can I mix both together?

We do not recommend mixing anything with the Q4 Plus Turf Herbicide as it has 4 active ingredients and could counteract other herbicides.
