It is late fall in Wisconsin. Day time temperatures in the 20's and 30's. Will Stump-out still be effective?
According to the manufacturer, Bonide Stump Out Stump & Vine Killer is best applied when plants are actively growing or temperatures are ideally above 60 degrees. This product would not work well during dormancy or in lower or freezing temperatures.
