Have a 3.5 acre lot with mostly grass. I would like to mix this in with Trimec or Speedzone Southern to kill bugs and weeds at the same time. I use a 40 gallon tractor 3 point spray applicator and would prefer to not waste that much of the chemicals if it won't work.
Since the key to eliminating mosquitoes is applying products in the Mosquito Control Kit - Professional to the underside of leaves on trees and bushes, it would not be recommended to mix with herbicide for this application. Both Trimec and SpeedZone Southern will damage or kill desirable ornamental plants. If just spraying grass you could do so, though, following each mixing rate on the individual product labels. It would also be recommended to do a compatibility test to ensure there would be no issues with tank mixing beforehand following the jar test instructions on the product label for either Trimec or Speedzone Southern.
