Can this be applied while new lawn seeding Yukon bermuda grass?

Planning to apply this for weed control as I will be renovating backyard by killing existing grass & seeding Yukon Bermuda.

Answer:

Torocity Herbicide (Generic Tenacity Herbicide) is only labeled to be used on Bermuda when it is fully dormant, otherwise it can be sensitive to applications and could harm it.  It would not be applied to newly seeded bermuda.
