Can this be mixed and applied the same time as q4 plus?

As stated on the product label of TurfGrass Pro Blade Iron 15- 0 -0 , "Although formulated for tank compatibility, a standard jar test is always recommended." There are instructions and more information about tank mixing a liquid fertilizer with Q4 Plus on pages 2 and 3 of the product label of Q4 Plus.
