Can this be used on Saint Augustine?

I have a small amount of Bermuda and mostly Saint Augustine. I would like to use this a couple of times a year for pre-emergent will this harm Saint Augustine?

The Anderson's 18-0-4 Fertilizer with 0.426 Barricade Herbicide is safe to be used on Saint Augustine. It states to use 352 lbs per acre or 8.1 lbs per 1k square feet.
