Can I use Archer IGR and Talstar instead of Gentrol IGR and Advion for indoor roaches?

I’m confused reading that Gentrol can’t be used with Advion so I’m looking for a way to use an IGR and insecticide indoors. I especially want to avoid Gentrol point source stations.

Answer:

While Archer IGR & Talstar can be mixed together it is not typically recommended for indoors nor for roach control. We generally recommend using Gentrol whether it's the point source or the liquid. You also want to use a product with a transfer effect such as the advion wdg or Temprid FX Insecticide. Talstar will only affect those that come in contact with the residual while with Temprid they will take it back with them. Same with Advion WDG
