Can I use Consan 20 as a systemic treatment for a weeping willow with a fungus problem?

The tree is too big for topical application. I was told to treat it systemically with Consan 20. The leaves will get brown spots and then dry up and fall late in the season.

Answer:

Ferti-Lome Consan 20 is not a systemic and needs to be applied directly to the foliage of the tree.  Leaf spot is typically treated by spraying the tree directly.  We do have equipment like the Chapin Slide Pump Sprayer which can spray up to 30 feet.
