Can I use Martins Dominion Tree and Shrub on a Canary Island Palm?

I have scale all over the lower fronds. Can I also use it as a foliage broadcast spray? Which way would be the most effective?

Martins Dominion Tree and Shrub would be best used as a systemic soil drench when treating for scale.  For foliage applications, you can use something like Talstar P in combination for active infestations.
