Yes, Martins IGR can be used both indoors and outdoors as part of your flea control program.  Martins IGR inhibits fleas from advancing from larvae to the adult stage, which allows for gradual control of flea infestations. We do recommend using an insecticide such as Onlsaught or Tengard along with the Martins to eliminate the biting adult fleas as an IGR alone will not eliminate them.
