Can I use Q4 around the base of mature fruit trees?

I want to use Q4 to kill weeds in my lawn is it safe to use this in the lawn around the base of mature pear and apple trees? The trees are about 40 years old

Q4 Plus Turf Herbicide  should not be applied inside the dripline or roots of any edible trees.
