Yes Boracare with Moldcare can be used in an area that was treated with Timbor. BoraCare with Mold-Care will  kill existing mold and prevent future mold growth, but it will not remove the black stains caused by mold and fungus.  To remove the actual stains from mold and fungus, you should apply Mold-Clean before applying the BoraCare with Mold-Care.
