Generally, when tank mixing various herbicides, you should refer to all product labels for tank mixing restrictions, and follow the most restrictive label limitations for each of the products being used in the tank mix. If mixing is not prohibited on the labels, you should then make a small jar test for compatibility purposes before mixing a full tank.
Keep in mind that Dimension 2EW, being a pre-emergent herbicide, should be activated by 1/2" or more of rainfall or irrigation after the application, whereas the Gordons Ornamec should be applied to dry grass when no rainfall is expected in the next 24 hours. For this reason, 2 separate applications would likely be the better course of action.
