Can you spray Bifen in the soil for gnats?
For some reason, I keep getting gnats even if I dry out the soil for my indoor plants. Once I water it a little, they come right back. I'm afraid to bring my plants inside for the winter because I had such a big problem last year. Can I spray the soil to get rid of them? Or is Bifen just for the foliage?
Answer:
Bifen IT can be applied as a soil drench and to the plant itself. Typically just allow the soil to dry out completely as this kills all larvae in the soil that need moisture to survive. We also have a guide here.
