Can you use coconuts for consumption (eat, drink, etc) from a Coconut Palm tree that has been regularly soil drenched with Martins Dominion Tree and Shrub?

No, the Martins Dominion Tree and Shrub is not labeled to be used on coconut/consumable fruit palms at all. It would only be used on ornamental palms.
