Celsius WG Herbicide is labeled to control for both carpetweed (Indian Chickweed) and creeping beggarweed at the rate of 0.057 oz per 1000 sq ft. This product is also labeled to control ground ivy but DOES NOT list English Ivy as tolerant or safe for applications.
We would recommend doing small test application first or directly applying to the carpetweed/beggarweed without overspray or contact with the desired English Ivy.

Soil penetrants contain surfactants but would not replace a true surfactant that is commonly recommended on herbicide product labels. Celsius WG Herbicide should be mixed with a non ionic surfactant for best results and harder to kill weeds therefore you would want to do 2 separate applications. Apply the Soil Penetrant first, then apply Celsius WG with the non ionic surfactant as directed per the product label.
