Roundup QuikPRO is a non-selective post-emergent herbicide for commercial, industrial, non-crop and residential use. QuickPRO has two active ingredients: 73.3% glyphosate and 2.9% diquat. The addition of diquat, along with the surfactant, gives you even faster burndown. It controls broadleaf and grass weeds, or woody brush and trees - roots and all. Roundup Quick Pro is absorbed quickly by plants and is rain fast in about an hour. This super-fast dry time means rain won't wash the product away as easily and it works much faster than typical glyphosphate products. Simple and mistake-proof measuring saves time and labor costs. Available in a box of five 1.5-oz. packets per box, or a larger 6.8 lb. jug. Each 1.5-oz. pack makes 1 gal. of spray solution.
QuikPRO is also available here in a 6.8 lb jug for larger applications.

Product Information
Roundup QuikPRO is a post-emergent, systemic herbicide with no residual soil activity. It is non-selective and gives broad-spectrum control of many annual weeds, perennial weeds, woody brush and trees. Roundup QuikPRO is formulated as a water-soluble granule containing surfactant and no additional surfactant is needed. Apply through most standard sprayers after dissolution and thorough mixing with water according to label instructions.
Time to Symptoms:
Roundup QuikPRO moves through the plant from the point of foliage contact and into the root system. Visible effects on most annual weeds occur within 1 day, and on most perennial weeds in 2 days. Extremely cool or cloudy weather following treatment may slow activity of this product and delay development of visual symptoms. Visible effects are a quick yellowing of the foliage which advances to complete browning of above-ground growth and deterioration of underground plant parts.
Mode of Action:
One of the active ingredients in this product inhibits an enzyme found only in plants and microorganisms that is essential to formation of specific amino acids. A second active rapidly disrupts cell integrity of photosynthetically active tissues in the contacted foliage.
Cultural Considerations:
Reduced control may result when application is made to annual or perennial weeds that have been mowed, grazed, or cut, and have not been allowed to regrow to the specified stage for treatment.
Rainfastness:
Heavy rainfall soon after application may wash this product off of the foliage and a repeat application may be required for adequate weed control.
Spray Coverage:
Uniform and complete spray coverage will provide best results. Do not spray weed foliage to the point of runoff.
No Soil Activity:
Weeds must be emerged at the time of application to be controlled by this product. Weeds germinating from seed after application will not be controlled. Plants growing from unattached underground rhizomes or root stocks of perennials that have not yet emerged at the time of application will not be affected by the herbicide and will continue to grow.
works great on anything listed in booklet
By Anonymous on 07/28/2013
Used this in an old roundup gallon sprayer container, very easy to use. Killed everything I sprayed it on. People who said it killed their lawn-obviously do not know what "non selective herbicide" means. It means it kills whatever it hits including your lawn. Also Sedge is not on any of the listed items this kills as shown in the booklet it comes with. Some of the weed and brush required a stronger solution mix than 1 packet per gallon. If you all would just read the booklet that came with the product you wouldn't have had any issues. It kills the listed weeds, seedlings etc. I hate when people leave bad reviews because they don't follow directions.

Works great!
By Fran on 07/11/2010
I bought QuikPRO initially to try and kill off a bamboo tree that I planted in my yard. The tree was contained but starting to spread so I figured that until I was able to dig it up I would try to kill it off with a weed killer. QuikPRO seemed to be the strongest weed killer I could find. I didn't have high hopes because I was using it on bamboo, but figured I'd try it anyway. The QuikPRO did its job....It killed all the leaves and chutes and now my bamboo is just a few tall brown sticks and I'm ready to dig it out to avoid a future bamboo disaster. While I was spraying the QuikPRO I also used it on weeds that were growing all around my house and it knocked them out too. This stuff works great. Another very satisfied purchase from DoMyOwnPestControl.

Roundup QuikPRO knocks out invasive bermuda grass!
By Lee on 10/08/2011
I recently found this stuff and love it. I use it to kill my neighbor's Bermuda grass that has wandered onto most of my front yard. I spray, wait a week and spray again. Then wait a week and scalp, bag, plant new fescue grass seed. Using a service would have cost me over $100, this cost me $20.

Very Happy with Roundup QuikPRO
By Judi on 07/04/2011
I purchased this to kill Zoysia grass. You cannot purchase Zoysia grass killer in any retail (Lowes, Home Depot, etc). It worked excellent - almost overnight! It will kill your regular grass though. I asked and was told to wait about 2 weeks before re-sodding. Have not done that yet. I made sure I was as careful as the directions say to be, pants, long sleeves, shoes, goggles or glasses, etc.

Need a long lasting non selective herbicide for 200 ft driveway using the Chapin hose end sprayer. Used Ground Clear in past but required mixture does not work with the Chapin. Have to give up tank spray application due to hand problems.
We usually do not recommend applying herbicides or fungicides using a hose end applicator. Applying using a hand held or backpack sprayer offers better accuracy of application. You can apply a non-selective herbicide such as RoundUP QuikPro for eliminating anything currently on the driveway in a hose end sprayer. However, you would only want to use a hose end sprayer if you wanted to kill all vegetation in a large area. You must be careful when applying this product so it does not get on any plant or grass that you do not want to kill. Also be attentive to over-spray when applying QuikPRO on a windy day. Please refer to the product label to apply the usage rate needed for your use.

I have winter weeds in joints of brick pavers that I want to keep killed out. Summer time I use Ranger but temps a lot lower in winter, temperature ranges 30's to mid 60's. Need a non-selective weed killer. Thanks.
