The Chapin 80 Pound Professional SureSpread Salt and Ice Melt Spreader (82088-B) is an efficient spreader designed to handle salt and halite. A 360-degree baffle system that is included with it allows for exact control of the dispersion pattern. Any terrain can be traversed using its pneumatic tires. The powerfully-toothed auger minimizes clumping and helps move salt easily. The wide gate opening of this spreader enables more product dispersal. It has a dial for precisely opening the gate. Includes a salt grate and a rain/snow cover. It is not recommended to use this spreader with sand or rock salt.
