    Can you tell me what is the maximum PSI rating of the Chapin 6 Gallon Cart Sprayer?
    A
    The Chapin 6 Gallon Cart Sprayer, as well as all of the other Chapin sprayers, (except for the back pack sprayers) have a maximum PSI rating of 45 PSI.

    How much upward spray ability does the Chapin 6 Gallon Cart Sprayer have?
    A
    Like most hand pump sprayers, this unit can only reach about 10 feet.  If you are looking for a farther reaching sprayer, we suggest the Chapin Slide Pump Sprayer which can reach up to 30 feet or more.

    Are they solid rubber or pneumatic?

    The wheels on the Chapin 6 gallon cart sprayer are 8 inches in diameter and they are air filled rubber tires.

    How do you clean the tank? Do you have to remove it from the cart and wash it out?
    Need to understand how to clean the tank.

    Please see the Chapin model 6300 sprayer manual.  Number 8 will guide you through cleaning the sprayer. It is basically making sure to run the water through a couple times after use. You do not have to remove the tank

    Can this be used to apply rustproofing or Latex paint?

    No, the Chapin 6 Gallon Cart Sprayer should only be used for pesticides or herbicides.

    Is the Chapin Cart Sprayer resistant to corrosion? I will be using a 20&-30% vinegar, soap, and orange oil solution to kill weeds.

    Unfortunately, the manufacturer states that using vinegar will cause deterioration of the Chapin 6 Gallon Cart Sprayer rather quickly as it is not meant to handle acidic liquids, and they do not recommend using it for this purpose.
