    The Chapin Brass Adjustable Nozzle (#6-6000) that is on the Chapin Professional Farm & Field Viton Sprayer 2 Gal. (21240XP) sprays a cone spray and a stream spray.

    Is the spray hose detachable from the body of the Chapin Professional Sprayer?
    I would like to take the spray hose off when storing the container and need to know if that is possible.

    Yes, the Chapin Professional Farm & Field Viton Sprayer 2 Gal. (21240XP) disassembles for easy cleaning and storage.  The hose can be unscrewed from the tank.

    May I use this Chapin Professional Farm & Field Viton Sprayer 2 Gal. (21240XP) item a Foam Application?

    No, the Chapin Professional Farm & Field Viton Sprayer 2 Gal. (21240XP) does not have foaming capabilities, so it would not work for foam applications. You can look at using the Chapin Poly Foamer 2 Gallon (2659E).

     The Chapin 18-inch Premier Brass Extension (#6-7711) will fit the Chapin Professional Farm & Field Viton Sprayer 2 Gal. (21240XP).

    Can the Chapin Professional Farm & Field Viton Sprayer 2 Gal. (21240XP) be used to spray diesel fuel to clean oil tanks?
    A

    We do not recommend that you use gasoline or ethanol in any sprayer because of their flash points. We did speak to the 2 manufacturers on their lines of sprayers we carry and both said that while they cannot truly recommend a sprayer for your needs because of liability issues, some professionals do use the Chapin 3.5 Gallon Concrete Sprayer 1949 to spray diesel fuel.
