    Q
How far or high does the Pro BackPack Sprayer spray (as far as pressure)? Will it reach the roof?
    A

The Chapin Tree/Turf Pro Backpack sprayer is like any other hand pump sprayer, it typically will only reach about 10+ feet under pressure.  Probably not enough to reach your roof line.  We do carry another sprayer called a Slide Pump Sprayer that will reach up to 30 feet or more.  There is a video on the slide pump sprayer page that shows it in action so you can see how it works.  The slide pump sprayer is the only type of non gas or electric sprayer that will reach that far.

    Q
Does the Tree/Turf pro sprayer have a place for grease to make operation smoother?
The pack is great, but it makes a creaking sound when I pump. It sounds like it's internal, plastic grinding on plastic. are there grease points to prevent this?
    A
We haven't had anyone come to us with this issue before so we will suggest that you contact Chapin directly. They will be an expert on their own product and would better be able to guide you to any areas you may be able to grease. You can reach Chapin at 1-800-444-3140.

    Q
Roughly how long does a full charge of pumping last? 1/4, 1/2 tank, full tank for the Chapin Tree/Turf Pro 4 Gallon BackPack Sprayer (#62000)?
I would prefer to take of a lighter backpack when it’s time to repump.
    A

The Chapin Tree/Turf Pro 4 Gallon BackPack Sprayer (#62000) requires that you pump continuously while you spray. This type of sprayer will not hold pressure like regular hand held pump sprayers. You do not have to take the sprayer off to pump it.

    Q
Is there a flat nozzle that could be used with the Chapin BackPack Sprayer 62000 that creates a narrow pattern than the one included?
    A
For this model sprayer there are only the nozzles it comes with and the plastic fan nozzle only creates the one size fan pattern. Chapin has brass fan nozzles but they will not work with this unit. Incase we have missed something on available nozzles for this model, you can contact Chapin to make sure. 1-800-444-3140
