Boxwood Volutella leaf blight
By Thaddeus on 11/06/2020
I have hedge lines of many boxwoods. (around 30). I noticed some branches were turning a tan/bronze color. I also saw salmon spores which is a common sign. I did loose some boxwoods, but this really worked well at protecting the parts of the plants that survived and the others around it. I like how it has not just Chlorothalonil, but Thiophanate-methyl as well.

When you are treating blue spruce trees with Clearys Spectro 90 WDG, it is recommended that you spray every 3-4 weeks until the conditions are no longer favorable for disease development. Since this product is a curative, you will use it when the disease appears so this could be at any time of the year.

You would use 1-2 tablespoons pf the Clearys Spectro 90 WDG per gallon of water, and make sure to spray thoroughly as this product is a contact fungicide. You might see a white powdery residue for a dew days, but this will eventually wear off.
