Horrible customer service when trying to cancel order!

    By Christina on 10/16/2012

I contacted DMOPC customer service less than 24 hours after submitting my order to cancel it. I was told that the order had already been sent and could not be cancelled. I followed up on my order via the tracking number just after speaking with DMOPC and the carrier explained it had not been sent yet and would not arrive for at least 5 working days. I was told by DMOPC customer service that despite contacting them in less than 24 hours to cancel the order I would be responsible for paying for the return sending cost as well as the initial free shipping costs! Customer service would not work with me at all on this issue and was very rude about it. This company was clealy not concerned with keeping me as a customer.

    Thanks!

    By Kate on 05/29/2020

Got them and am very glad to have them. It is hard to find fair priced interceptors for the headboard legs. I got two of these and they fit perfectly. Many thanks for having what I need at a price I could afford!

Just needed to catch one to be worth it.

Seeing just one dying on its back at the bottom made this worth it. I also got the black Lights Out round ones but checking for a catch is easier in these white ones. The Lights Out walls are also verticle making it harder to see inside. I am using them on the carpet so I put 1/8 inch plywood underneath to prevent cracking. The plastic isn't very thick. I tested by putting ants I found outside and they were able to climb right out. I then dusted the inside of the trough with Cimex insecticide dust. That did the trick. I don't think bed bugs are as good at climbing as ants though. So it may not have been needed. I do like the idea of that bed bug dying quicker because the dust is in there.
