Confused by the product label regarding Residential Areas. ULD BP-100 Fogging Concentrate is labeled for residential areas but also states on the product label for Indoors, "Do not apply as space spray". Can this be used in my Tri Jet Fogger to space spray in a residence?

Using BP 100 in place of Pyrocide 100 in my Tri Jet Fogger since there is a shortage.

Answer:

ULD BP-100 Fogging Concentrate is labeled to be used in residential areas as a Direct Spray or Void Treatment but cannot be applied as a Space Spray or Broadcast Spray inside the home, rooms, or other areas.  The product label advises that some furniture finishes, particularly plastics, can be damaged by petroleum based insecticides. To avoid damage, cover those items and do not spray directly. If in doubt, test by applying this material to an inconspicuous area before spraying. We recommend thoroughly wiping all furniture down including inside drawers and washing clothing, bedding, etc the product may have come in contact with. Steaming the mattress would help remove any residue left behind.  For specific questions regarding your application, please contact the manufacturer Whitmire Micro-Gen at 800-777-8570 if you have questions not specified by product label.
