    Q
Can Cyzmic CS be sprayed directly on trees?
I have some kind of beetle boring on a black walnut tree and want to know if Cyzmic CS is safe to spray directly on the tree?
    A

Yes, Cyzmic CS can be sprayed on a tree but it shouldn't be sprayed on fruit and nut trees that are harvested. If this is the case, we recommend making a positive identification to find the right product for your needs.

    Q
Which product is better for a Bed Bug infestation?
    Cyzmic or Temprid or Transport?
    A

Transport and Cyzmic are definitely great products and two of the many choices out there for bedbug control concentrates. The main one we recommend is Temprid FX. It has dual ingredients like the Transport Mikron for increased control. The biggest thing to remember is that using just one residual product like Transport, Cyzmic or Temprid is not enough to get rid of the bedbugs since they cant be sprayed in all the areas and surfaces where bedbugs hide that need to be treated.

If bedbugs have been found in the home you will want to follow our detailed bedbug guide which will take you through each step necessary to completely eliminate the population. As you go through the guide linked below you will see the non-chemical steps (such as washing and drying clothes and linens) as well as chemical steps including where and how to use each product. Our Bed Bug kits are the best route to make sure you are using the best products on the market and without breaking the bank. Each kit is designed to treat a different size home or number of rooms, so you can choose the one best suited to the areas you have affected by the pest problem. The kits come with all the products needed to do a complete treatment in all the places bed bugs can hide and enough product to complete roughly 4 repeat applications. Since every home and infestation is different you will want to do diligent and meticulous treatments with the products every 7-14 days until you can go 30 days in a row with no signs of live bed bugs and no new bites on the occupants of the home.

    Q
How long for Cyzmic CS to kill wasps?
I sprayed my house inside and outside yesterday. Outside Included my screen on the screened in porch. I've now been watching this wasp for an hour crawling and flying around/on the screen with no sign of slowing down. I applied at 0.5oz/gallon. How long should the product take to kill the wasp?
    A

Depending on the health and the age of the wasp, it can take up to 24 hours to actually kill wasps after they get a lethal dose of the Cyzmic on their bodies.

  • Asked by Julie from Middletown, Mo
    12/03/2018
    Q
What is the most effective spider killer? Tempo isn't working.
    A

Cyzmic CS Controlled Release Insecticide is a great option fpr spiders.  Keep in mind that neither Tempo nor Cyzmic will keep spiders away.  They are designed to provide a long residual which continues to kill insects that contact a treated area, and this can take time.  Spiders themselves are difficult to kill as well with their long legs that keep their bodies off the ground.  While they will die after contacting a treated area long enough to receive a lethal dose, these products help to eliminate their food source more so that the spiders will go looking for better hunting grounds.  You may want to look over our Spider Control Guide for more information.

  • Asked by Alex from Pittsburgh, Pa

    Q
Should I apply Cyzmic CS before winter or in the spring?
    A

Cyzmic CS may be applied every 30 days outdoors and every 90 days indoors. You can apply it up until mid to late fall before reaching freezing temperatures and begin treatments again in the spring, once you're out of the freezing temperatures and the ground is not frozen or no longer has any snow.

  • Asked by Loren from Florence, Az Koo

    Q
Is Cyzmic CS safe to use around lizards?
I want to kill the ants, but don't want to hurt my native lizards.
    A

Cyzmic CS should not harm lizards.  However, it will reduce the insect population in the area, which may also reduce the lizard population as they will be forced to go elsewhere to find food.
