Deer Off has the same active ingredient in the concentrated formulation as the ready to use formulation. Can Deer Off Deer Repellent Concentrate be applied with a backpack mist blower like Stihl 450?

A

We do not recommend using the Deer Off Deer Repellent Concentrate in a mist blower as it could potentially clog the equipment. We suggest using a hand pump or backpack sprayer to apply.

The Deer Off Deer Repellent label does not specify this product to be used as a barrier along a fence line of any kind. The Deer Scram Professional is labeld to be used as a "strip" barrier treatment: Starting 15 inches from the edge of the landscaped area, apply a 20 inch wide band of Deer Scram Professional around the perimeter of the bed. Find where the deer are entering the property and apply 3 strips across the deer path, 5 feet apart.
