This is the second year that I have used myself.It has saved me lots of money and time.I have a three story A-frame home built with cedar and treated wood materal.The carpenter bees were doing a lot of damage to the wood.This all stop after using Demand CS.Also had trouble with lady bugs in the fall,this product also ended this problem.Very easy to use.

I used this about three weeks ago. Home and industrial, the bugs keep dying!!! Even spiders :-)

We have used this for years!! Would not be able to enjoy the summer without it! Worth the money and dry time is low. Seems to help with the ticks and fleas as well.

This product works so well on our cockroaches - it seems like a magic potion. It definitely has very low odor when applying it and none after it dries. We see no living cockroaches for 4 weeks after I apply it. Yes, it costs a lot, but I only buy one quart bottle a year and compared to paying for a monthly service this is cheaper and works so much better. I can't speak to its effectiveness against other bugs, but it is the best thing I have ever used for roaches.

After applying Demand CS in accordance to instructions, we noticed a considerable difference in the number of insects around our cottage. Spiders,ants, mosquitoes and flies were reduced significantly around the deck and yard making it possible to enjoy the outdoors without constantly applying bug spray. The Demand CS application lasted about 4-weeks before a second spraying was required. When visiting neighboring cottages that were not treated with Demand CS, insects especially mosquitoes were attacking everyone to the point that we had to go indoors to escape the mosquitoes biting spree. Demand CS may not be 100% effective,however, it is a product that provides an acceptable and comfortable level of pest control that allows you to enjoy the outdoors during our short summer season. IT WORKS!

Professional grade. Followed the directions and used as a barrier around my house, had great results. Lots of dead bugs.

I have used this product in the past and found it to be very effective . The price is considerably lower than at the local pest control stores .

As a small business owner, your reputation is the best way to get new clients, Demand will help give you that reputation. I have Tried Lambda star an Cynora 9.7 to alleviate costs, but neither has the residual or knock down that Demand has, would highly recommend!

this stuff is great, sprayed the exterior of my house and barn to get rid of the Asian Beetles, they will land and walk around on the surface that was sprayed and will die before morning. you do have sweep them up. This also kills more of the insects listed in your bug killers that you buy at your big box stores. Mix the proper amount with water in a sprayer and spray. The 8 oz. package will last a very long time, I mix 12 ml (.4 oz.) to a gallon of water.

Excellent product! I was having a terrible problem with ants and after one application the majority were totally gone! I spot sprayed the few places where I saw ants after the first application and now I am ant free! I would recommend this product as it is the best for insect control I have used!

Amazing initial and residual kill on the carpenter ants! It absolutely handled the problem. Living in the PNW, rain is abundant and this stuff still works. Considering the amount to use and duration, it is cost effective. I will try it on the mosquitoes this spring.

I have used Demand for several years now. Living in Mesa AZ, pest control is a must. There are pest control companies that go door to door looking for business. Every time I tell them I do my own spraying, they ask what I use. When I say "Demand" they smile and say, "That's what we use too." That's good enough for me. Plus, we have found one (1) live scorpion on our property since I started using Demand. I try to get all our neighbors to use it too.

My back yard was covered in ticks and fleas I took a chance on demand cs I can say is that after applying demand cs to my back yard I went out an hr later and I had hundreds of dead fleas and ticks and it's been three weeks and still no sign it worked

Used it for the first time about 45 minutes after spraying I started seeing bugs dead in the floors , I sprayed inside and outside around my house. Very happy with the product

The big roaches were not able to fit on off the shelf bait stations. I bought the Demand and after first spraying it started killing overnight. And it has kept killing weeks after it was applied. It gets spiders too. Very little smell when wet, none when dry. Don't bother with off the shelf

Have had exceptionally good luck here in Florida using Demand CS. When we leave in May and come back in Sept we come back to a bug-free home. We use the product again upon return and feel it is the best product out there to keep us bug free.

After toughing out a winter where some uninvited box elders moved in, we decided to tackle our every year worsening box elder bug problem. We have neighbors with box elder trees and have always had them on the south and east sides of our house, but this last year they penetrated in and we found ourselves vacuuming up several a day, all winter long. I took to the outside of our house on a sunny spring day and got to work with our sprayer. Although I didn't witness any immediate deaths, but the sounds of the panicked bugs running for left over leaves and rock bordering our house I can only compare to a crackling wood fire. I was ecstatic. :) I'd estimate I sprayed over several hundred of them. When I returned outside about 3 hours later, the bug body count was impressive. We've had to vacuum up less than a dozen inside in the three weeks after treatment. Outside we've barely seen any reappear. We may need to treat one more time, but for now I'm one happy purchaser!

Bought to replace Temprid SC. So far, carpenter bees are still flying around. Everything else is fine. I didn't see a nuclear winter ad one client did. Lol Time will tell.

My neighbor bought first, I was impressed! I then purchased and was MORE impressed. My co-worker purchased and was impressed. Our Habitat for Humanity Restore was covered up with them. NO LONGER!! Not much more to be said other than "THIS WORKS TO PERFECTION"! A must purchase if you are tired of the Bee spit and holes in your wood. You will not be disappointed.

This is the best there is. It kills every Sarasota, Florida bug there is in 1 day with no odor use and you can use it in and outside. 1 small bottle last over a year. Ordered online and it came in 2 days! Now that's service. Great company DoMyOwn!!!!!!!!!! thanks

Purchased to eliminate spiders (and annoying) cobwebs in my unfinished basement work area. Exterminator service never fully eliminated the pests. Follow the application instructions. No odor and is not hazardous to pets. Two days after application I found numerous dead spiders on the floor and work table. This residual should have 60-90 days of protection. Also used outside along windows and points of ingress. No more ants either. Very pleased to purchase a REAL pest treatment and dismiss the exterminator.

This is awesome stuff! I do it as a 4 part spray treatment it smashes everything! Go in with demand 1st.. Then ficam w then actibiol then finally demand to set the bomb! Nothing will ever live in your house again!!! Boosh them pests! Sweet as candy!

I used this with the hose end sprayer to treat our half acre backyard and I am very pleased to see the fleas are gone. It was so extreme that we couldn't walk on the lawn without getting bitten by fleas and our dogs suffered although they are under flea prevention. Maybe the squirrels and possums are carrying fleas in? I highly recommend this product.
