Have been a commercial certified applicator for 30yrs in Texas and currently retired. This juice works for me on my own property with great results if you follow directions.

I have a problem with scorpions and spiders. I spray outside and inside every month from March through November and no issues.. except cleaning up dead bugs. I have cats and dogs, but I keep them away for 8 hours after spraying. Also, I have helped my friend get rid of 3 kinds of roaches.. sprayed every week for 6 weeks then switched to every 2 weeks for a few months.. now only once a month. Best poison ever!

I used Demon max outside and very carefully circled any access panels to the house and around the ground service panels. Combined with roach traps inside the house. Retreated when it rained or waterering over any sprayed area. Problem cleared up and, the yard is practically insect free!

Have used this for a few years it Takes care of a variety of pest's, I also use other DoMyOwn products to switch it up so insects cannot become immune to any one product, I use Permethrin SFR the oil base to add to my oil base stain that I use to stain my log cabin this keeps the wood chewing insects at bay.

Demon max has been the best stuff so far.. we have not had a problem since last summer. We have had 4 cats and 3 dogs including 3 puppies. I recommend to everyone I know! It works!

I have been using Demon Max for a couple years now and it works wonderful for mosquitoes and a number of other bugs. Just continue to spray every 30 days because this helps build that border around your property.

This stuff works GREAT! I've had an earwig problem for the past two years and nothing I used would kill them except for Demon Max. When I went to check where I sprayed, all of the ones who came on my porch were dead.

Before using Demon max ,the roaches were doing the Electric slide after a few hours of using other products. But once I utilized the Demon Max ,the next few hours and still 2 weeks later I still am finding dead roaches lying in places I had previously cleared of dead roaches. I have to save up cause I plan to buy a gallon this next tim. I'm house next to a neighbor with 2 dogs and the neighbor above me has 6 kids all under 10 and 2 vicious pit bulls. So I've got a massive influx and they don't want to spray on the same day so our building can get rid of this Infestation. The product is exceptional. I state all who have Infestation problems get DEMON MAX.

This product is great for killing fire ant beds. I pour about 1 gallon made up slowly on top of the bed and find the main entrance and let it go down the main tunnel. I also have a garden sprayer to spray around the bed to kill the one left on the outside of the bed.

Here in central Texas scorpions are a daily hazard. Demon Max is easy to use and does a fine job of keeping them at bay, especially in our home. We have two very spoiled indoor pugs, They are also very curious and our Ruby was stung a few weeks before we got the Demon. This product is safe for animals when dry. I gives us great peace of mind to know our pets are protected from potential painful stings in the future.

bought this and sprayed a day after receiving it, I think the bugs thought it was food. the next day they were still hanging around, a week later started seeing the same bugs as before-still alive but they must have called their Wolf spider friends--. going to try something else, save your money, dont buy this product

While Demon Max can have some knock down properties, it is not considered a contact kill product. It is a residual insecticide that once dry will last on the surface 3-6 months indoors (although you would respray more frequently for an active infestation) and 30-60 days outdoors depending on how the elements effect it over time. Spiders are harder to kill as they do not groom themselves and have long legs that keep their bodies off the ground but as long as they contact a treated area long enough they will die it does just take time.

I've tried several products and have found Demon Max to be the only reliable way to keep wasps from building nests in our eves. Applied 3-4 times per year, depending upon the weather, has proven to be sufficient.

Works great but does leave a strong odor for a bit. Must be careful around children but if you can stay out of house for a while this stuff works great. Inside and outside.
