    Will Demon help any with mice ?
    A

    Demon WP is an insecticide so it would not be helpful in controlling a mice problem. You can look over our Rodent Control Guide though and that will show you the steps and products needed for eliminating mice in different situations.

    Can Demon WP Insecticide be used on a red oak tree open wound infested with carpenter ants?
    A

    Demon WP is labeled for carpenter bees and can be used on trees. This product does leave a residue so be mindful of that.

    We generally recommend using Dominion 2L for carpenter ants in trees. This can be used directly on the tree or as a soil drench.

    What time of the day is the best time to use Demon WP for fleas in the yard and do we add water to soak it down?
    A

    There is not a specific time that's best to apply Demon WP to your yard for fleas.  The important thing is just to make sure that you do a thorough treatment around your yard. Mix one packet of Demon WP to one gallon of water and make sure it dissolves completely before you begin spraying. You will need to re-treat every 14 days as needed for flea control.  Most folks find they have to do between 2-4 treatments to get rid of the fleas for good.     Can I mix Demon WP with hot water to knock down wasps?
    A

    Demon WP Insecticide should not be mixed with hot water just regular temperature water. It is not a contact kill spray for knocking down wasps. It is labeled for them as a residual application to interior and exterior crevices. We do carry a product that is called Wasp-X. It kills flying stinging insects on contact with a very fast knockdown and kill.     What is the best approach for dealing with a serious roach infestation?
    I have a serious roach infestation in my house. I have been dealing with this problem, off and on, for about 3 years. Everything I've tried has only been a band-aid for the real problem and now I'm seeing hundreds of roaches skeetering around my kitchen and walls at all hours of the day and night. What is the best approach for dealing with this infestation? It looks like Demon WP is my best option but I am not sure how much I need to completely rid my house of these unwanted pests...my house is 4 bedrooms, 2200 square feet plus garage...Please advise so I can make sure to purchase enough to get the job done.

    The 1lb Jar of Demon WP makes over 30 gallons of finished solution so it will last a long time.  However, you will need more than just one product to really start seeing results.  You should purchase our Roach Control Kit #2.  It comes with a couple other products including Demon WP and when used together they can really put a dent in your roach problem.

    How do I get rid of the red household beetle bug that has invaded mid-Missouri?

    Many households are having problems with the asian lady beetle (lady bugs) and stink bugs and it sounds like you may have one of these insects invading your area as well. We offer several insecticides to stop these pests in their tracks outdoors. Demon WP works well to control these insects. Be sure to spray eaves, soffits, window frames, door frames, areas where cables, pipes or wires enter into the structure and any other crack, crevice or gap where insects can harbor. As for the insects that are already indoors, we recommend that you vacuum them up as you see them.

    Is Demon WP effective for getting rid of spiders and webs on Asian Jasmine?

    Demon WP is one of the most products effective for spider control. Since we are not experts on plants, we are not familiar with Asian jasmine or how fragile it might be. We can tell you that Demon WP can be sprayed on most plants with no ill effect.

    Why is the Demon WP 1lb jar not for sale in South Carolina, and what can I purchase that is about that same?

    Some state governments have placed restrictions on the types of professional products that homeowners in their state can use.     Can I spray my garden plants with Demon WP and then eat the produce?

    Demon WP is not labeled for use on edible vegetation. We do have several products that can be used on edible vegetation such as Hi-Yield Permethrin Indoor/Outdoor Concentrate or Ferti-lome Liquid Carbaryl Garden Spray.

    Termites enter your house from under ground or from outside.  There are no termite control products labeled to be used indoors.  Demon Max is not labeled to apply indoors.  To protect your home against termites properly, you should follow our How To Do A Termite Treatment article.

    I know Demon is not recommended for fruits and vegetables. But can it be use on watermelons early in the sea?

    Since Demon WP is not labeled for use on edible vegetation it should not be used on melons at any point.     What is the right concentration of Demand CS and Demon packets?
    Hi. I put 2 packs of demon wp in a gallon of water (spider control) and sprayed indoors & outdoors 3/19. Is that the right concentration? I usually use demand cs. If I sprayed in march, when should I be able to use the demand cs.? thanks.

    You can indeed use 2 packets of Demon WP per gallon of water for indoor/outdoor insect control. You can use the Demand CS one month from the date you applied the Demon WP.

    There is no need to worry, just make sure to thoroughly wash the area with soap and water. If there is any irritation please contact the manufacturer Syngenta at 866-796-4368.

    What is the residual effect of Demon on coastal grass?
    I would like to spray 45 acres for termite treatment and grasshoppers. How long should I wait before grazing cattle on the treated field?

    Demon WP Insecticide is not labeled to be applied to areas where animals graze. To answer your question the residual of Demon Wp is 30 days. We recommend contacting your Local Cooperative Extension Office to find out what product would be safe and effective for you to use in your area. Once you have been given a recommendation, we can be sure to ship those products to you.

    Can I mix Demon WP with a pesticide and water or will it make the product less effective?
    Can I mix Demon WP with a pesticide and water to make it more effective for a roach infestation or will it make the product less effective by using the pesticide? And if so what is a good pesticide to mix it with?

    Demon WP alone with water works as a great insecticide  Depending on what you are treating for, you would mix 1 scoop or 1 packet into one gallon water. Please follow the product label for mixing and application.

    Will Demon WP kill fleas inside the house?

    Demon WP is only labeled for spraying on cracks and crevices and baseboard areas so it would not be appropriate or flea control indoors. We would recommend our Indoor Flea Kit which provides you with the necessary components to completely eliminating fleas in your home the most efficient way. We also have a video on that page that and in our "Learn Videos" tab that shows you step by step how to use the products.
