I will be mixing with water and applying with a 55 gallon pto sprayer on the 3pt hitch of my tractor. Should I add anything to ensure the solution does not separate?
It is not usually required to use a surfactant with Essentria IC3. For larger sprayers, especially, the product label recommends to maintain agitation while spraying.
