Does anderson 24-0-8 have DG technology, if not what is the makeup?

Answer:

The Anderson's Fertilizer 24-0-8 not a Dispersible Granule Fertilizer (DG) that would be mixed with water and applied with a pressurized sprayer. 
 
You will apply rotary broadcast spreader such as the Scotts Turf Builder EdgeGuard Mini Broadcast Spreader and water in the granule application afterwards to activate granules and get them into the soil.
